# Transcription Page: AI Notes, Insights, and CRM Sync

> Review AI notes, push CRM fields, send follow-up emails, manage tasks, and navigate the full transcript — all from a single recorded call page.

The Transcription page is where a recorded call becomes actionable. It combines a full video player and searchable transcript on the left with a rich set of tabs on the right — Notes, CRM Fields, Email, Tasks, and Insights — so you can review, edit, and sync everything from a single screen.

## Page Layout

The Transcription page is split into two panels:

* **Left panel** — video player, complete transcript, and keyword search.
* **Right panel** — tabbed workspace with Notes, CRM Fields, Email, Tasks, and Insights.

Click any word in the transcript to jump the video to that exact moment. Use the search box on the left to find a specific term or phrase within the transcript.

## Notes

The Notes tab shows an AI-generated summary of the call, structured according to your configured **Notes Template**. If the contact exists in your CRM, notes are automatically synced there the moment they're generated — and any edits you make sync back instantly.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Review the generated notes">
    Open the **Notes** tab on the right panel to see the AI summary organised by your template's sections.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit as needed">
    Click into any section to make changes. Edits are saved automatically and sync to the CRM without any additional action.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Switch templates">
    Use the **template dropdown** on the Notes tab to apply a different Notes Template. The notes update to reflect the new structure.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Regenerate notes">
    Click **Recalculate Notes** to regenerate the summary using the currently selected template. Use this after switching templates or if you want a fresh generation.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Set your default Notes Template in **Settings → Meeting Types** so notes are always generated in the right format for each kind of call — discovery, demo, QBR, and so on.
</Tip>

### Notes language

The language used for notes and follow-up emails is configured per Meeting Type in **Settings → Meeting Types → Languages**. Transcription language is detected automatically from the call audio.

Supported transcription languages: **English**, **Spanish**, **French**, **German**, **Portuguese**, **Italian**, **Finnish**, and **Hebrew**. Hebrew is supported for transcription only — see [Settings → Meeting Types → Languages](/settings/meeting-types) for the languages available for generated notes and emails.
