Step 1: Get Access to Piper

Find your invitation

You’ll receive an invitation email from Piper Team with the subject “Welcome to Piper”. Open it and click Enter Piper.

Sign in

You’ll be redirected to sign in with your work Google or Microsoft account — no separate password to create. Review and accept the terms of use and privacy policy, then click Continue.

Grant permissions

Piper will ask for calendar access so it can find and join your meetings, plus optional email access if you plan to use features like Email search. Review the requested permissions and click Continue.

You're in

You’ll be redirected straight into Piper — no further action needed.
