Piper AI uses single sign-on with your work account — there’s no separate Piper password to create or remember. You can sign in with either Google or Microsoft, and the same account works across the web app and the Piper Desktop app.

Sign In to the Web App

1

Go to the Piper web app

Open app.piperai.com in your browser.
2

Choose your provider

Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, using your work email.
3

Authorize access

Approve the sign-in on the Google or Microsoft consent screen. You’re returned to Piper and landed on your Home page.
Signing in is also how Piper gets access to your calendar — the same Google or Microsoft authorization you grant at login lets Piper read your calendar, with no separate connection step. Use the provider that hosts your actual work calendar so your meetings sync correctly.

Sign In to the Desktop App

The Piper Desktop app uses the same sign-in. Open the app and choose Enter with Google or Enter with Microsoft, then accept the terms of use and privacy policy to continue. Sign-in opens in your browser and returns you to the app once complete.

Notes

  • One account, everywhere — your web and desktop sessions use the same Piper account, so your meetings and settings stay in sync.
  • No password — access is managed entirely through Google or Microsoft, so your Piper login follows your organization’s existing security policies.
  • Signing out — in the desktop app, open the profile panel from the top-right avatar and click Sign out.
New to Piper? There’s no self-serve sign-up page, and your account isn’t created automatically on first sign-in. If your company is new to Piper, start a free trial from piperai.com — sales gets your company approved. If your company already uses Piper, ask your workspace Admin to invite you (Settings → Users & Teams); you can’t sign in at app.piperai.com until you’ve been added. Next, head to Quick Setup to connect your CRM and finish setup.
