MCP access is read-only. Connected AI assistants can look up and read your calls, deals, contacts, and related data, but cannot make changes in Piper on your behalf.
Prerequisites
- A Piper account signed in with your Google or Microsoft work account
- An AI assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth (for example Claude or ChatGPT)
Piper’s MCP Server
You can find this URL anytime under Settings → Integrations → MCP & API Access inside Piper.
Connect Claude

Open Connector settings
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and choose to add a custom connector.

Authorize with your Piper account
Claude opens a Piper sign-in screen. Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft using your Piper work account, then approve access.
Connect ChatGPT

Most MCP-compatible tools (for example Cursor or Windsurf) let you add a remote server by URL from their MCP or connector settings. Addhttps://mcp.piperai.com/mcp as the server URL, and complete the OAuth sign-in prompt with your Piper account when it appears. Refer to your specific tool’s documentation for exactly where this setting lives.
